Im giving a 1 star review only because im happy in the end with the key it did turn out beautifully otherwise it would be a no star the hassle of the ordering process he told my hubby and myself it was a 4 day turn around once deposit it paid which was a lie we didn't pick the key up until day of party and we were away on holiday and had to travel back to pick up which cost us more money he is saying my husband is a lying about his 1 star post which is utter rubbish saying my husband was a bully thats slander I was in tears for days panicked weather my daughter would get her key my husband told me to leave it and loose the deposit I tried ringing and ringing and in the end emailed them no communication I felt they didn't care and im not a well person and the stress it caused me was unbelievable in the end they said it was because their machines broke down why couldn't they contact me in the beginning and say this not on the day of pick but be transparent and say we are having problems with the machines and don't blame my husband for a bullying you he did no such thing you are a lier and they send you a link to give them a 5 star review in exchange for a small gift thats wrong You were never threatened or bullied how dare you say that in your response if that the case why did you make the key or report us to the police you are a lier and God will punish you i never harassed you i have all the emails you don't like it when someone calls you out on your lies what a nasty man you are and we never bullied you omg how rude you are i never even contacted you until it was close to delivery

One of the most worse experiences ive ever had to deal with continued lies from owner and his wife date not promised which they said is a rough estimate time frame which they never told us they told us 4 day turn around after days of calling and no answer only through email saying thr machines are broken this and that given me and the wife more excuses!!! They didnt even started the project day before the birthday over a week late !! What so sad they given us a specific time frame too pick up the item long story short after leaving on holidays we had to travel back and pick it up !!! Wasting time and our money they owner couldn't give us reimbursement for the troubles we went through owner was so QUICK TO GRAB THE MONEY!!!!!! AND RUN . PS .. MY WIFE WAS IN TEARS FOR DAYS ABOUR ALL THIS WONDERING IF WAS GOING TO BE READY ON TIME !! DONT TRUST THIS GUY AND HIS WIFE THEY FULL OF LIES !!! AND DONT UNDERSTAND THE PACIFICA TRADITIONS OF THE MEANING OF IT !! MALO.
