I was in store when an overheard the owner have a go at a disabled man for parking in his empty parking lot. It was quite sad. The paint on the ground is faded so no wonder he couldn’t see it was customer parking only. I’d understand if the parking lot had any other customers at all

Highly recommend contacting Ken, Mona & family. They’re amazing and go above and beyond. Our order was completed in record timing and the finished product is perfect! We will definitely be using them again. They’re understanding, very responsive and super easy to deal with.

Absolutely amazed and satisfied with Wooddenwares service, prompt communication by email and fast service. Communication by FB messenger is not great. Great design/s and prize is reasonable Highly recommended 👌 Thank you guys so much, was blown away by how quick the whole process took from initial communication to key arriving was about a week which is way before my expected date. Only critism would be the postage guy/company if you could pass on to them that safe place means hidden and safe not outside front door where someone can see the package and help themselves. Luckily I was home and just met the postage guy at the door to see he was about to leave package visibly outside front door which is my worse nightmare. I had requested package to be hidden safely or taken to the local postal office as I live in a very busy street area close to the public walkway/footpath and easy access for thief's/puhara area in NSW. But that's not your fault, so thank you again and will definitely promote your service to family and friends !!! 2 keys in a 2yr gap done ✔️ 2 more in another 2yr gap to go 👌 Thank you again and God bless !!!
