No further changes can be done once the Key is cut. So please make sure everything is CORRECT within the next few hours.
We require 4 working Green days (Monday–Friday) to create your key after approval. You will receive an email/SMS when your Order is completed just like you have now.
If the Draft is missing a Photo and you have a Photo for the key, please sent an uncropped and un-modified photo ASAP. Changing Photos once the initial photo is created, requires extra time and will increase the Key cost by $10.
Any outstanding Payments can be paid by requesting our Payment details so that the Order can be sent or Picked up immediately after completion to avoid any holdups/delays.

FAQ Questions
Q: When will my Key be started?
A: Normally the same day as the Deposit is paid. This consists of organising all materials, creating templates and sending this out to Mona so that no delays happen.

Q: I have a change!
A: Changes after Approval can sometimes be difficult without raising extra Costs as Keys can be cut the same day as the Deposit to make sure they proceed ahead of schedule.

Q: When do you think the Key will be completed?
A: Once Mona has your order and begins assembling it you will be emailed progress reports.

Q: I still owe the remainder amount?
A: There is no rush, this can be paid anytime in the future, just allow plenty of time for Pickup or Delivery.

Q: How much do I owe?
A: The Cost Breakup is on the Right side of the Draft, just deduct the deposit and any other payments made.
