Recover Payment

We just wanted to follow up regarding the outstanding balance on your Birthday Key.
As outlined in our terms, we require full payment within 7 days of completion. If payment is not received, the key will need to be listed across our websites and social media channels as an UN-PAID Key so we can recover the costs already invested into creating it. The Key Photo is also added to our Showroom “Wall of Shame” for customers who come in to order and collect Keys to see and understand what happens when they don’t pay what’s promised.

We truly hate having to do this — especially knowing the key was created for a special person and that family members or friends will see the Photos online. It’s never our intention to embarrass anyone, however we must recover the materials, labour, and production costs involved.

Please arrange payment within the next 2 days to avoid this step.
