Attached is your draft design for the Birthday Key.

Quote Date: 17-02-2026 at 3:31pm
Production Date: 24th March
Estimated Completion Date (EDC): 31st March
Party Date: 28th February (24 days away)
What These Dates Mean

Production Date is the day your Key is scheduled to begin, provided your design is approved and the deposit is received before this date.

This date can move forward depending on how many earlier quotes are approved and secured with deposits.

Completion Date (EDC) is the estimated day your Key will be finished, provided approval and deposit are completed before the Production Date.
If you’re happy with the design, simply reply with APPROVED so we can move it to the next step before our schedule fills up and we get Booked Out.
We require 4 working Green days (Monday–Friday) to create your key after approval. If your order is left until the final days or we are fully booked, a $100 rush fee will apply if we are still able to create it to cover the overtime required.
Draft files are kept for a maximum of 21 days due to the high volume of unresponsive requests. If we do not receive correspondence after a few days, your draft will be moved to our waiting list (currently around 40 keys) so we can prioritise customers who need their key started ASAP. After 21 days, un-approved drafts are removed from our system.
If the Draft is missing a Photo and you have a Photo for the key, please sent an uncropped and un-modified photo ASAP. Changing Photos once the initial photo is created, requires extra time and will increase the Key cost by $10.
