SMS/Email Notification:
Once the key is ready, you’ll get a text and message letting you know it’s finished. Just note that you can’t reply to the SMS.
Appointment for Pickup:
To collect the key, you need to schedule a pickup day and time on the WoodenWares website. This step is crucial, as if you don’t make an appointment, you risk showing up when we aren’t available, wasting your time. https://woodenwares.com.au/appointments/
Payment on Pickup:
If you have any outstanding balance, you can pay for it when you pick up your key. However, remember that we don’t have Card Facilities in the Showroom, so make sure to bring cash or you can do a PayID transfer. The Total amount for the Key is on the Draft Sent, the remainder to be Paid will be less your Deposit.
