You’ll see updates as we move through each stage — from precision cutting, our signature Ink Fusion, final assembly, and the finishing touches that make your key unforgettable. Once your key reaches the precision cutting stage, completion is typically within 8–36 hours
The Approved Draft is shown and once completed this will be replaced with a real photo of the Key so that you can view before Pickup or Delivery. Please read the below FAQ’s to understand this process.

FAQ Questions
Q: How come my Key was finished way ahead of schedule?
A: We run a very structured production calendar. Many customers pre-book their key months or weeks in advance but sometimes deposits aren’t paid when promised. Rather than waste valuable production time, we move ready-to-go keys (like yours) into those open spots. This means your key may be completed much earlier than originally estimated, without compromising quality, without rushing, and at no additional cost.
You may notice your EDC (Estimated Date of Completion) adjust in some of our automated emails. This simply reflects our system automatically repositioning your key into an earlier open production window created by unpaid bookings.
We never slow down excellence. We simply maximise every available production window.

Q: I didn’t need my key for several months — why was it completed so early?
A: We can’t always predict how full our calendar will be 2–3 months ahead. Instead of risking a last-minute rush when your date approaches (and potentially being fully booked), we prefer to complete your key when a secure production window becomes available. This removes stress for everyone — especially you.
There is absolutely no pressure to make the final payment early. Your key is safely completed and ready whenever you are.

Q: I can see the Draft of the Key but not the Photo of the Finished Key?
A: Once MonaLiza has completely finished the final detailing of your Key she will upload a real photo which will replace the Draft image and this will then send you the final email saying your Key is completed.
