Attached is your draft design for the Birthday Key.
Please take a moment to review it and let us know if you’d like any changes ASAP.
If you’re happy with the design, simply reply with APPROVED so we can begin production before our schedule fills up and we get Booked Out. A $200 Deposit will secure your spot and get the Key completed with the remainder paid on Pickup.
We need 4 working Days between Monday to Friday to create the Key after Approval. If the Key is left till the last few days or we are Booked out there is a RUSH ORDER fee of $100.00 added to the Total as it means we will need to work overtime trying to get it done in time.
Please note:
We keep draft files for a maximum of 21 days due to the high volume of unresponsive requests. After this time, un-approved drafts are removed from our system.
If you have a Photo for the key, please sent an uncropped and un-modified photo so we can add to the key, One Photo Preparation of $10 is allowed, if the Photo is changed a fee of $10 will be added for each change.
